How to use: Crumble in your hands beneath the warm water allowing the water to melt the scoop. The more forceful the water, the more bubbles.
Ingredients: Baking soda, SLSA, Glycerin, Goat milk powder, Cocoa butter, Bubble up, Cornstarch, Cream of Tarter, Fragrance oil and colorant.
